This earth based leadership program is for changemakers who want to elevate from scarcity to prosperity, expand their sovereignty and walk the path of love so we can experience more aliveness, trust and joy.

Leaders and change makers have a tendency to put others first, and in doing so, we can neglect our relationship with ourselves. By leader, I mean anyone who is willing to put up their hand and say YES to living an authentic life, aligned with their essence, vision and gifts. Let me be your guide and show you a more compassionate, joyful and courageous way to live in relationship with yourself, feel better, build authentic relationships and make social impact.

The ARIA Leadership Approach
In 2020, a group of thinkers came together under the banner of the Inner Development Goals (IDGs). Their aim was to expand the capacity of individuals and the collective to address the 17 United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.
Co-designed by thousands of experts, practitioners and scientists globally, in an open-sourced format, the IDGs are a set of inner skills and qualities foundational to sustainable development. The framework offers a way to work together to bring the power of inner and intra development to the adaptive and perpetual challenges faced by organizations.
This framework is the basis for this collective leadership development program. This work is about getting closer to your full potential, not fixing something that is broken. Clients describe the hope and agency that people get from knowing that all of us can cultivate the inner qualities and skills needed to co-create a sustainable future. Engaging with the IDGs supports a shift to a more systemic view that sees the personal and the collective as inseparable so we can co-create the conditions to thrive, together.
