Seasonal Circles of Change

Embody your leadership. Reclaim your energy. Co-create with nature.

The Growth Path of Practice

Re-connecting ourselves, each other and nature

The Seasonal Circles of Change offer a pathway for changemakers, leaders and teams who are ready to thrive. Move from stress, scarcity and stuckness into a new cycle rooted in presence, trust, abundance and regenerative leadership.

Through circle practice, deep presence and nature based wisdom, you will reconnect with the capacity to act authentically and courageously. Together, we will co-create our lives from the inside out so we can cultivate more joy, trust and energy.

“The goal of life is to make your heartbeat match the beat of the universe, to match your nature and Nature.

~ Joseph Campbell

Why join a seasonal circle of change?

Co-create the change we want to see.

If you are looking for a way to do your part for the planet in a way that does not deplete you, and expands your capacity to give from overflow, this is it. There is something powerful that happens when we connect in small groups over time.

Through Seasonal Circles of Change, you will:

  • Embody your leadership so you can be true to yourself as you do your part and enjoy your life.

  • Release scarcity patterns around worth, value and energy.

  • Strengthen your trust and wisdom leadership.

  • Restore your relationship with rest, play and creativity so you can build momentum toward the life and work you truly desire.

  • Receive support, presence and community in connection with inspiring changemakers.

  • Honour the wisdom of the natural cycles and rhythms of the earth.

How shall we live?

Elevate the ways we live, love and lead.

How do I know this works? As a collective leadership coach, facilitator who weaves Celtic seasonal wisdom, leadership development, yoga practices and nature coaching, I have been on a healing journey to cultivate inner growth for outer change. I have walked this path with leaders and teams who now lead with more joy, better relationships and greater impact.

This experience is ideal for changemakers who are:

  • leaders, facilitators, coaches and entrepeneurs

  • navigating mid-life, menopause or a major life transition

  • longing for deeper connection with their inner wisdom

  • yearning to dismantle old patterns and re-enchant agency

  • ready to allow more FLOW, prosperity and creativity

  • Interested in the Inner Development Guide (IDG) and taking meaningful action toward global goals

  • craving presence, belonging and inspiring community

“Cathryn is a powerful guide, mentor and ally on the path to becoming a more authentic, embodied and mature social justice leader.  She supported me to explore how white supremacy lives within me, how to reclaim a more honest understanding of my ancestry, and guided me through the journey of stepping beyond patterns of perfectionism and invisibility to living, working and leading from a holistic space that honours more of who I am." ”

  • “ I am taking away a stronger connection to nature, and the idea of learning more about change by learning from nature and just seeing change more in nature. I think there's a comfort for me in that. She's a great teacher.”

  • “We are not isolated individuals, it is our connection to source, to divinity, to connect with the earth and the sky, the masculine and the feminine. Experiencing now as a sense of belonging, of connection to the future and to the ancestors and what they have to teach us.”

  • “I appreciate the space to speak openly, not have to censor myself and this is good. If I censor myself, what you get is a colonial, edited, culturally accepted response. We don’t go anywhere, we don’t move as much. So much is possible in circle together: movement, places to go, creativity, spontaneity, accountability, witnessing. ”

  • “Connection to where we are in the seasons has given me inspiration at different times of the year. It is such a beautiful way to anchor myself in the present and find something that is common between myself and others. It anchors me automatically in community with others.”
