A 40 Day Community Meditation Journey

This 40 day online presence journey is a daily ritual for clarity, calm and soulful momentum. Each day you will rise up with a guided morning meditation practice designed to align your nervous system, release sub conscious blocks and build new neural pathways so you can experience more joy, trust and aliveness.

Joining a dedicated on-line community in daily Meditation Practice will:

  • Activate your inner radiance so you can shine your light.

  • Liberate from patterns of the past so you can have more energy.

  • Create your life, your way in connection with conscious community.

What we will do

Imagine this as a personal retreat in daily life, a portal to a more peaceful, energized and alive you. In yogic science and neurobiology, 40 days is the amount of time needed to shift habits, anchor neural pathways and establish embodied change.

Daily Morning Meditation Practice

We will connect ‘on the mat’ virtually every morning for 40 days (recording available). Based in the ancient wisdom of Kundalini yoga, we we will begin with gentle movement designed for all bodies and a mantra based meditation.

Daily practice (30 mins), from 6:30 - 7:00 am PST

Coffee Chat on the Mat

Every week, we gather for conscious conversation - a space to share insights, ask questions and connect in community so we can embody our soulful truth.

Weekly Circles on Saturdays (30 mins) from 7:00 - 7:30 am PST

Morning Writing Circle (additional)

Co-create the space for inspired writing. Integrate insights from your practice, clarify your thoughts, and give voice to your unfolding journey.

Weekday mornings Monday - Friday (30 mins) from 7:00 - 7:30 am PST
