A 40 Day Journey to Embodied Leadership

This is for the woman leader who is standing at a threshold of being burned out and overwhelmed to being an embodied leader.
This is for the values based changemaker who is reclaiming her leadership from the inner critic to her inner wisdom.
If you are yearning for a space beyond the quick fixes so you can recalibrate your nervous system and come back to your centre, you are invited to join a community of practitioners who are co-creating the way toward thriving with more wholeness, flow and aliveness.
You will receive:
Daily gentle yoga stretches and mantra meditation to settle your nervous system and centre before the day
An inspiring space to move from the head into the knowing of the heart
Weekly connection and reflection in an inspiring and supportive community of practice
Renewal in connection with the spring cycle of change
Optional writing circle (additional offering)

What we will do together
Daily Morning Presence Practice
Connect virtually every morning for 30 minutes of gentle movement and mantra based meditation (recording available). Rooted in the ancient wisdom of Kundalini yoga and supported by modern neuroscience, each session helps you begin your day grounded, present and alive.
Monday to Sunday, 6:30 - 7:00 am PST
Coffee Chat on the Mat
Weekly Saturday circles offer space for conscious conversation, sharing insight and connecting in community.
Saturdays, 7:00 - 7:30 am PST

The Writing Circle is a separate and optional add-on designed for participants who want to deepen their journey through reflection, creativity and soul-led writing.
While the 40-Day Embody Presence Practice includes the daily meditation sessions, the Writing Circle offers a way to move from inspiration to creation with a gentle, guided space each weekday to explore what is unfolding within you.
