About Cathryn LeCorre, PCC, MEd

“I am because we are.” ~ Desmond Tutu

My passion is co-creating conditions for thriving, together. I believe that leadership is a state of being and work with changemakers ready to lead from the inside-out. For over 20 years, I have supported women leaders, teams, and organizations in healthcare, municipalities and universities to move from stuck to thriving.

Through providing leadership and coaching solutions, I help leaders, teams and communities embody presence, strengthen partnership and co-create change with nature so they can make meaningful impact for people, prosperity and planet. I walk with those who are willing to remember, we are part of nature, not seperate. When we align to this truth, we liberate ourselves to create with more presence, purpose and joy.

My Path

I have been there, burned out, overgiving, and disconnected from my own rhythms. My path back to joy began when I returned to the wisdom of nature, my body, and the circle.

Along the way, I have discovered that home is not only the place where I live, it is also a frequency, a way of being in connection. Since childhood I have been searching for home. Being born in Liberia, Africa and immigrated to Edmonton, Canada from England when I was five years old, I struggled with my identity and knowing where I fit. My life has been a journey of change, re-membering and belonging.

My work is now devoted to co-creating conditions for more presence, belonging and joy for people, prosperity and planet. I walk with those who are ready to release old patterns and step into leadership, belonging and partnership through co-creating community where all can thrive.

My Work

For over 20 years, I have helped grow leadership and coaching cultures in large, complex organizations. I am a Professional Certified Coach (PCC), a Human System Dynamics Consultant, a Transformational Facilitator, and a Kundalini Yoga teacher who has worked locally with universities, government and health care organizations and globally with teaching colleges, Canada World Youth and the United Nations.

As the founder of the Inner Development Goals (IDG) Vancouver Island Co-Inspire Hub and co-creator of the Core Leadership Path of Praxis and the Seasonal Circles of Change framework, I am committed to co-creating conditions for wellbeing, partnership and innovation in leaders, teams and communities.
