A Path of Leadership Praxis
Engage collaborative leadership as a spiritual practice. Put you and your challenge at the centre of the learning so you can be true to yourself, make a difference and care for yourself, your community and the earth.
Co-created in generative conversations with White Raven Collective and Elevate Leadership Alliance, this transformational journey will move you from stuck to unstuck with daily action. You will enhance your wellbeing, strengthen collaborative relationships, and realize your goals so you can co-create social change.
The 5 phases of the transformational journey are:
1. Embody your Leadership. Engage collaboration and change as a practice of self actualization so you can be true to who you are. Build relationship between your essence and persona, feel connection with process of change and strengthen your engagement with life.
2. Heal the Divide: Solve problems by leaning into the tension, addressing the rubs of power and privilege and expanding your awareness of how patterns of white supremacy might be showing up in your world so you can “do your work” and have more clarity of direction.
3. Align with the Core: Deepen your experience of truth, connection and compassion by connecting with your desires and expanding love for self and others so that you have alignment and build authentic relationships in change.
4. Adapt in Action: Make decisions by shifting fear of failure to humility so you can have courage and commitment to learn, fail and succeed in a way that strengthens shared learning.
5. Co-create the Change: Connect with the seasonal cycles of change and rhythms of the earth so you can build resiliency and have more trust and connection.
so you, your teams and communities can experience more PEACE, PARTNERSHIP and PROSPERITY.
Get Unstuck: Praxis in Action
This conversation with Leeza McKeown, from Fireside Strategic, explores the opportunity in our current challenges for a huge transformation in personal identity. We discuss how working from home has led to the integration of our work-personas and home-personas. When we have different value/belief systems competing against each other, it is easy to get stuck. By integrating the personas, we can heal, grow, and elevate consciousness.
